How it works

Three steps. Seconds to act.

The OD App works silently in the background. The moment someone needs help, the network activates.

Step 01
Alert triggered
Someone presses the OD button. Their real-time location is shared immediately.
Step 02
Providers notified
Nearby users who carry naloxone within 9 miles receive an instant alert.
Step 03
Help arrives
A provider responds and gets there fast — before critical minutes are lost.

Our mission

No overdose should be fatal for lack of a response.

The OD App is a nonprofit built on one belief: the tools to save lives already exist — they just aren't connected. We're building the infrastructure for community-based overdose response. Every person who carries naloxone is a potential responder. We make sure they know when they're needed.

Built by people who give a damn.
